Pilates Equipment, Reformer, and Ball.
Welcome
to gpPilates.com. We are so glad that you have stretched your way over
here. We know that there is a wealth of information about Pilates and
Pilates equipment on the Web. We are glad you have come here to get
your information and we think you will be glad as well.
You may quickly notice that this site is not like many of the others
you have come across. The differences are intentional. We do not want
to be like everybody else. We have seen what other information is out
there, and frankly we do better.
Many people have created Pilates content simply to try to sell their
own products. Regardless of whether it is a Pilates reformer, a Pilates
ball, a Pilates band, a Pilates chair, a Pilates mat, Pilates clothes,
or Pilates videos, there are a million sites out there that will sell
them to you. The biggest difference between these sites and our site
is that it is not our goal to try to sell you anything.
Our goal is to educate our readers. We hope to be able to do so in
an easy manner that will be helpful for you. For this purpose, we have
created a couple of different sections that we think will be helpful
to you in your quest to gain Pilates knowledge.
The first section in which you can look is our learning center. The
learning center includes a number of small articles about the different
kinds of areas that people who are interested in Pilates may want to
know about.
For example, in this section, you can read and learn more about the
differences between Pilates and yoga. Knowing these differences can
help you determine if you want to delve further into Pilates or into
yoga.
You will also find information in this section about different Pilates
exercises that you can do with different types of equipment. For example,
if you are hoping to do some exercises with a Pilates ring, we have
included a couple of recommendations here.
Likewise, if you think that using a Pilates ball would be advantageous
to you, we have included some tips about some of the ways you can use
these balls to improve spinal health and more flexibility.
The second part of this site in which you can find information is the
Frequently Asked Questions section. This section includes some of the
important questions that many people who are interested in doing Pilates
have. This section can answer questions about the best way to get involved
with Pilates. It also answers the question about how often should a
person do Pilates.
This FAQ section was created so that we could help people who had concise
questions and not a lot of time to read to find the answers. We think
that regardless of the type of Pilates information you might be seeking,
you should be able to find it here.
Please feel free to look around our site. We invite you to visit us
as often as you’d like.
